No response to this request from the seller. Three days later I filed a notice with eBay that I had not received my item. The fabric was shipped the day I filed a notice with eBay. I received the fabric oct 2. Fabric purchased on sept 17.

Item was shipped to the wrong address, and I was the one who had to track it down. Seller did not notify me when it was reshipped. No returns accepted and communication was minimal.
