Brand new, sealed, tester. Doesn't say VXScan on package as pictured, but matches the blue & yellow packaging in some of the pictures. The AD40-B1 number on packaging, exactly matches to a VXScan tool. Excellent communication & customer service. Tested perfectly! 0% in plain water, 0% in brand new brake fluid, 2% in master cylinder on vehicle. Appears to work. Great transaction.
