    Received the item as described, and absolutely love it. Packaged extremely well, to prevent damage. Seller went above and beyond to help, after the USPS failed to deliver to my business address and it was returned to sender. The seller re-shipped the item to my PO Box, and it finally arrived.     The plates arrived promptly, were packaged securely and were exactly as advertised. Plates are in excellent condition and match ours which we've had for over thirty years. In fact, they were made in Japan just like originals. We appreciate the high quality of the shipper and the product value.

    Shipping was fast by the seller but weather delayed delivery. The shipper beat the heck out of the package with the china platter in it, but the seller packed it so well, it made it without any damage. Bonus points to the seller! Good price, ok shipping fee when added to price for overall value, and item as described. Thanks!
