      The deal for this coffee machine was excellent, it arrived quickly and its packaging was very well protective of the machine. It fitted the description accurately and was cosmetically great for an ex demo machine. The seller was incredible at communicating throughout and even with a small issue afterwards, was very prompt with comms and a quick resolution. I highly recommend and trust this seller to provide the same service again and will gladly return as a customer. Thanks again.

      I cannot commend this seller too highly. Shortly after dispatch the seller contacted me to say he feared a part was missing from my order but that he would dispatch replacements immediately. Royal mail managed to lose this dispatch but Oliver persevered and dispatched a second set of replacement parts immediately. So not only was I delighted with my product but I received exceptional customer service of the highest quality. Many thanks - fantastic

      After a slight hiccup at the start a message to the seller resolved the problem and within a few days another unit had been delivered. The item is very good value for money factory packed and postage free. In the end a very good buy and a first rate seller who I would highly recommend.
