Next they asked if I wanted a refund, but it seemed like they were trying to pressure me into requesting a cancellation, likely to avoid any penalties from eBay. I opted to follow the official eBay process instead and opened an "Item Not Received" case after the item didn’t arrive. I was refunded after that, but the process could have been handled better.
