Upon notification of damage he immediately assumed responsibility and promptly refunded my costs; in spite of the fact that the listing showed no refunds. Great way to do business. He offered a more than fair price for the knife, packed it carefully, and shipped it quickly. He followed up on the transaction.     Shipped super quick and was delivered way sooner than it said, the packaging was great and every book was there except like, the listing said it was missing 7 I think? But i opened up the box and it had vol 7 in there but not vol 9 but I think that's a worthy sacrifice, I don't have to look for a singular book to finish the collection now! Always been a fan of this manga, I love having it physically in my hands, I'll definitely treasure these!
