At the end it felt they had intentionally ripped me off.

I reached out to them to see how they wanted to resolve it. They went above and beyond to fix my problem! The associate on chat was polite and very quick with responses. At the end of the day my kids have a working toilet again and I have a new trusted source for mechanical/plumbing supplies!
