      The seller sent the trainers promptly and even though they were being sent from the US to the UK, the trainers arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the wrong trainers were sent, however when I contacted the seller about this, they replied immediately, were very apologetic and I received a full refund immediately. Mistakes happen. We are all human. What matters is how the seller responded in this situation and I was very impressed with their professionalism. I would order again from this seller.

      The item was exactly as described. It was an excellent value for the money! It was packaged perfectly and I fell in love with this purse!
