Every nook an cranny had balled up packing paper, the toaster was further wrapped in paper and well cushioned within a sturdy box. Shipping was fast. The toaster purchased, used, arrived in excellent condition and was exactly as described. We needed a very specific model due to fitment in our cabinets and this fit the purpose perfectly.
