Seller responded straight away and was apologetic. I could of sent it back and exchanged it but it was not worth the hassle as I can just sell it myself, seller offered a good discount on the original screen that was pictured in the original listing and I have purchased that as the condition of the panel itself is the most important thing for me.

Otherwise it was good value for money, so I was refunded partially in the end minus the postage for return.
