But, this seller resent the item right away. The transaction was smooth. The item was shipped to protect it from damage. It's new, in the box. The box looks great to be displayed even in the box. The figure looks great and undamaged. This was cheaper than most places that have the same item. The quality is really good. A++

    Ahhh, he’s so cute! For some reason I thought he would come in a box like other mihoyo merch, but it’s okay! He came in great condition and has hardly any wrinkles from shipment. The tag has the official mihoyo sticker so you know it’s legit. This sellers price is lower than the mihoyo official Amazon, so I think it was worth it! The quality is good as well. :) I would recommend this seller, and will most likely purchase the Kafka one in the future. Thank you! Seller also has good communication!
