    Great people to deal with. Item as described. Prices are good. They wrap the manufacturer's box in bubble wrap and light cardboard. They are quick to ship. Communication is excellent. The whole process is as good as I have experienced. Remember that tariffs are not their fault, but right now that's something we have to deal with in the US.

    Ordered some high end speaker cables. We had to wait a bit for the manufacturer; meanwhile the Seller kept me well updated on the estimated shipping date. Once the product was shipped, it arrived extremely fast, in a matter of only two (!) days (and that's from Japan to US). Packaging was great; the product looked perfect and was in excellent condition (new), as described. Outstanding Seller, definitely recommended.

    This is my first purchase (Accuphase C-3900) from AC Gear Japan and I had a great buying experience. The seller was fast to respond to email, prompt on shipping, packaged the amp in custom shell to further protect the box and he had it delivered in 5 days from Japan to Munich. The amp arrived in perfect condition and was as advertised. I would have no hesitation buying from AC Gear Japan.
