The item itself when unpacked was in brand new condition, unopened and untampered with. The seller communicated throughout the delivery, provuding updates, packaging and tracking details, which was appreciated. Will purchase from them again.

The package had way more padding than necessary which is opposite of amazon. Item arrived in perfect condition as described.
