I took a gamble at ordering a used product as it is to do with the alarm on my car which overtime falters due to the battery going , which is why i had to get another one. Its working well , item was exactly as pictured , i feel it was good value for money a brand new one was £250 and that wasn't with Skoda. Was in good condition and packaged well. Very happy with purchase. Would use this seller again.

This was quickly resolved, within an hour of them recieving my email, by their fantastic customer service. I received the missing clip the next day. Communication throughout was great. The part fitted perfectly. Great eBay experience, and would definitely buy from this company again.
