I reached out to their customer service and they were polite understanding and they gave me a partial refund and I would definitely work with them again. Only thing I would know is I hope that they start disclosing wear and tear issues on the bags they sell if any so the seller is aware and then can make a decision on whether they want the bag or not before it arrives at their house
