      The SONY DVD/CD Player was very well packed and arrived complete, undamaged in like new condition. Unit works as described. Seller and I had had a minor issue due to a shipping address error. Seller was very responsive and corrected the problem immediately. Seller stayed in touch until I received the unit and assured him that I was satisfied with my order. Top service. I would work with this seller again.

      tapes had the most secure packing i've seen so far & most were in described condition. very responsive seller with clear & fast communication! there was an issue with one of the four tapes i purchased however, but we were able to work out a partial refund with zero problems. they were very helpful in this process as i've never had to request a refund before. thank you again!

      I recently purchased a used Hoover Hand Vac. I had one years ago and I can't remember what happened to it. I bought a new hand vac and was so disappointed in it I returned it. Then I remembered the old Hoover one. I bought a used one from eBay and bought these instructions to go with it. The instructions booklet was shipped quickly but was held up a bit with the postal strike. Once they arrived they were in great shape and packaged nicely. Were as described and a good price.
