The shipping time was reasonable as it arrived within the estimated shipping window. The item was as described and it was new and unopened. However, both canisters had some decent dents in the side of them. It doesn't appear to have affected the product inside but the packaging didn't seem adequate

I notified the seller through Ebay that I made a mistake and wish that my order be delivered. The seller was very understanding worked it out for me to have my purchase delivered.
