It was ordered Oct 20th and delivered to FedEx on Oct 21 but didn't arrived until Nov 1st. I know this is more the carrier's issue but it is surprising Nevertheless, these were a great deal so I jumped on them. They were brand new, sealed as advertised. They were packed quite well but one of the canisters still had a decent dent in the side of it. It seems just cosmetic as both were still sealed and it seems to be common for these canisters.

I notified the seller through Ebay that I made a mistake and wish that my order be delivered. The seller was very understanding worked it out for me to have my purchase delivered. I highly recommend this seller and would definitely do business again with them.
