I don't really understand the shipping charge & I have all the paperwork & receipt from my post office. And by the way the straw that was supposed to come with the mug was not included.

Thankfully the cologne didn’t break. It was wrapped in plastic in case of that which was a nice touch. I just would have wished there was some padding just in case. When I contacted seller, they promptly apologized and offered to send the correct item, free of charge. They didn't. When I followed up a week later, they again promised to send the correct item, and again they didn't. I followed up one more time to ask for a refund and I heard nothing back. The Yeti never arrived, the box was poorly taped, the box was open when it arrived, and the Yeti was NOT IN THE BOX. The seller said I was lying; my wife and I make great money and have 33 employees, so there is no need to scam eBay for $40. Give me a break. The seller never opened a case with USPS—one of the worst sellers and transactions I've had on eBay in 10 years. Check my feedback to see how I've worked with eBay for 29 years.
