I sent them on the same day of purchase, a few minutes after purchasing, it’s now 9 days later and they still have not replied to those messages. From customer to seller, answering those would’ve made the experience even better, however it was an overall positive experience because I received my shows quickly, they are as described and I love them. Can’t wait to wear all summer.
