Shortly after dispatch the seller contacted me to say he feared a part was missing from my order but that he would dispatch replacements immediately. Royal mail managed to lose this dispatch but Oliver persevered and dispatched a second set of replacement parts immediately. So not only was I delighted with my product but I received exceptional customer service of the highest quality. Many thanks - fantastic

It fitted the description accurately and was cosmetically great for an ex demo machine. The seller was incredible at communicating throughout and even with a small issue afterwards, was very prompt with comms and a quick resolution. Had an issue with damage upon delivery which was rectified by the seller with a new part, next day delivery for free.
