There was a factory misspack with the order, with a small part missing. Entirely no fault of the seller yet they immediately offered either a free return and refund or to keep it and take a partial refund. This is the level of customer service that's so rare to find, in person or online, and it's genuinely impressed me. 100% recommended. I'll be back again for sure. Thank you!
