The seller reached out to confirm we were satisfied and we are. Of note the part required a signature, so work with the shipping company to plan delivery. The part was reconditioned but needed to be programmed to the vehicle. Which is a Ford issue not a seller issue. We are pleased to say that once the computer part was done the vehicle works as it is supposed to. Very happy, would buy again.
