The screen is damaged as can be seen in the pictures. The exterior may show minor marks, dents, scuffs, or scratches. The physical condition of the unit is not as original as how it comes (Ports, hinges, & heat sink cover). Bottom surface screws are missing, including one rubber foot. Also, when the laptop opens, the hinges make noises. Tested and functional. May show signs of normal use such as minor scratches, scuffs, or sticker residue on the casing. I deeply appreciate how honest the seller was in writing down the laptop's specifications and blemishes. The images and descriptions were accurate and detailed. (So detailed, in fact, that I couldn't even find all the tiny blemishes!) The packaging was excellent and the device itself was perfect. The price was reasonable and shipping was fast. I had some difficulties setting up the laptop, and the seller patiently took the time to help me resolve my questions. I cannot recommend them enough!

The item came exactly as described. The items was EXTREMELY well packed. Bonus points for this. Shipping took 1 day longer than the maximum estimated. This was a small disappointment since it I am only 100 km away. yet it took 8 days to arrive to me. I had asked the seller a question regarding the item (could I swap one part for another). This was never responded to. This was not a big deal, but I would have liked a response.

Seller provided good communications, excellent packaging, very quick delivery time to Canada. The dell 7020 optiplex was as described, and in good condition. It runs much faster than my previous computer and came with a fresh activated copy of Win 10 pro installed which is working perfectly. Seller was quick to respond to comunications, and offered the computer at a very competitive price. Overall it was a good purchasing experience.
