Took the time to notify me immediately when there was a problem with this order and provided instant full refund. Seller even reached out to help me find another identical garment rack that was even cheaper and would arrive in time for my event. Excellent experience with this seller, would definitely buy from again. Thank You!

The buyer let me know I INSATIATELY gave them the option to submit a return on an item that NO RETURNS were being accepted for. There's no way to make an item that apparently was already opened, new and sealed again. The only thing I can do in that instance is offer a quick return & refund option. For this I get a negative feedback and a statement "seller did nothing".
