It turned out it was the 3 techs I had to deal with at a Verizon store. Apparently the first 2 didn't know exactly what to do. The seller possessed great communication on assisting us on getting the phone to work correctly. A++ Service Honest and timely delivery. Phone actually looked better than expected. I asked seller for small refund to get battery replaced so I can keep it and they did with no issue.
