Yet the seller was very willing to help me resolve the issue or provide a refund. The issue has not appeared since the first day, and the camera has functioned admirably. It came in pristine condition excellently packed and protected for its voyage from Japan to North America. I would definitely recommend this seller for all kinds of photographic equipment & after sales support.
