I told the seller of this and was refunded £3.75, perhaps the barely-literate writer of its response unable to calculate correctly the precise amount due! I could have written again, but what sort of reply would I have received? After the refund the cost of postage deserves 5 Stars. Overall, money well spent.

Seller immediately offered refund but I offered to wait for delivery for another week. Excellent communications. No quibble refund paid as agreed. Still no sign of package!! Excellent eBay retailer.

I requested an invoice combining the postage, which took 2 days to arrive, during which time I received 24 emails from eBay demanding payment - an unnecessary action since they knew I was waiting for an invoice.
