They were very considerate and contacted me to ask if I wanted a refund or my item to be shipped by USPS. They reshipped my package after it was returned to them and I received it in about a week from Japan! Packaging was great. I felt like was receiving a brand new product. It was exactly as pictured in the photos and description. I got this product for a GREAT price. I will definitely be a return customer!
