Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich Fuhrung und Personal - Mitarbeitermotivation, Note: 1,0, Hochschule Fresenius; Hamburg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der demographische Wandel, der sich zuspitzende Fachkraftemangel, Themen rund um die Digitalisierung und die jetzt in den Arbeitsmarkt drangende Generation Z stellen Unternehmen vor neue, in der Form noch nicht vorhandene Herausforderungen. Unternehmen mussen umdenken und neue Wege finden, Mitarbeiter zu finden und zu halten und dabei eine Steigerung der Produktivitat zu ermoeglichen. Die Arbeit verfolgt dabei den Ansatz der Mitarbeiteridentifikation und wie diese erhoeht werden kann. Dazu wird in Kapitel 2 die allgemeine Wichtigkeit von Mitarbeiteridentifikation fur Unternehmen in der heutigen Zeit untersucht. In Kapitel 2.1 wird der Begriff Mitarbeiteridentifikation und dessen Bedeutung hergeleitet und in Kapitel 2.2 der konkrete Nutzen fur die Unternehmen dargestellt. Um die Identifikation der Mitarbeiter mit dem Unternehmen messen zu koennen, gibt es verschiedene Ansatze. Neben der Fluktuationsquote wird das Drei-Komponenten-Modell vorgestellt, das unterschiedliche Arten von Commitment misst, die dann in vier verschiedenen Bindungstypen verortet werden koennen. Kapitel 4 geht der Frage nach, welche Moeglichkeiten existieren, um die Mitarbeiteridentifikation zu steigern und welche sich kontraproduktiv auswirken. Am Beispiel der Bayer AG wird in Kapitel 5 ein Best-Practise-Fall dargestellt. Hier werden verschiedene Mittel gezeigt, die der Konzern genutzt hat, um seine Bindung und Identifikation mit den Mitarbeitern zu erhoehen. Eine Zusammenfassung moeglicher Ansatze zur kunftigen Steigerung der Mitarbeiteridentifikation in Form einer Handlungsempfehlung ist in Kapitel 6 dargestellt. Das abschliessende Fazit gibt neben einer Zusammenfassung einen UEberblick an bestehenden Forschungslucken, die in diesem Zusammenhang noch offen sind und eine praktische Bedeutung fur die Anwendung haben.
