    I purchased 2(like new) faucets guaranteed to have all the parts. The faucets were both in perfect shape and brand new. One box was missing the brass adapters and the mounting plate (for three hole sinks). The second box was missing the adapters. I contacted the seller and he was REALLY, REALLY good at responding and sending me the missing pieces very quickly. I would definitely buy from this seller as they were super quick to make things right and everything always arrived well wrapped.
