Said that the box could not be safely shipped so it was not included. I’m updating this review to more stars due to the quick communication & refund, but not all stars because the box should never have been included in the listing in the 1st place, and now I’ve lost my chance to get my kid the item in its original box in time for Christmas like he had his heart set on.
