Chrissa addressed the problem quickly saying she would refund or that maybe she would have an in-kind replacement. She found a replacement within a day a shipped it out, staying in contact the whole time. Club arrived and it's probably better than one that was lost.

Club is immaculate- which mattered to me, as this was the putter I had in High School, that my Dad bought for me. First new set of clubs, and this was the last piece to the set. So many memories, and so happy to have a flawless example. Packed well, shipped quick, super happy!
