In the product description, the saleswoman mentioned that the box was open but that the product was new. That was a lie. The brush came with hair and it looks very used. A very bad experience. I would never buy from this seller again. I am very sorry this happened. We do not intend to sell merchandise in this state, so I can only guess that a discard brush made it into our selling inventory.
