Tita, the 17-year-old owner/captain of the Cha Cha Maru, and her loyal crew embark on a bizarre adventure on a floating artificial continent in this stand alone OAV. Their adventure begins when Tita runs into Elysse, who has been jettisoned from the floating colony by her father, who is being pursued by the military because he possesses information that would allow them to turn the colony into a floating weapon of mass destruction. Hoping to get back before the military can make their move, Elysse recruits Tita and the crew to come back to her home and help defeat the regime that has imprisoned her father.
