The part came as it looked in the picture and even sent me 2 pictures of the product being packaged and an hour later I had a confirmation from UPS that it was shipped. On April 1, the tracking updated, stating the delivery date was changed because the package was not received. I contacted the seller twice, on April 1 and April 2, with no response. Additionally, they created a shipping label, preventing me from canceling the order. Without it there is no point to the key or ignition. I have asked them to fix this problem by sending the part they took off the colum. They have refused. I will n ever use them again buyer beware. And ebay does not help with problems with purchaqses any more poeple lie anf they don't help fix the problem
