They have not been good at communicating when asking where my parcel is and when it’s going to arrive. They will not mention the shipping company or the tracking number I got told it will be arriving in 3-5 days it now has been a week and I still have not got it. eBay now has to be involved due to their lack of communication and customer service. Please don’t fall for this!
