Coin advertised w/ stock photo as "Gem BU"; but received a circulated 1931 cent that looks to have been sandblasted/acid etched (or both) to make it "shiny" - destroying all original surfaces and turning it into a worthless, damaged cull that cannot be graded. Virtually no numismatic value whatsoever. Misrepresenting this object for sale is clearly fraud, but deliberately mutilating an otherwise collectable historic artifact is another level of perfidy altogether.

This is a good community especially the larger sellers/stores where I’m confident I’m getting the real coin, others are also good but be a weary, if the price is just to good to be true.
