Not sure what can be done. Buyer isnt responding to messages unfortunately with offer to resolve (after ebay resolved the filtering message problem).

I saved a massive amount of money compared to new, and with 22 photos on the advert, it was exactly as advertised. It came in a proper laptop package and arrived at 11am next day by DPD. Thank you for making my 40th birthday a great one, not worried about getting old! I had a honest conversation with the seller about the one tiny mark, and when it arrived I couldn’t find it initially. I can’t say anymore than they are an elite seller.
