Packaging was excellent, everything arrived in great condition, nothing broken, dented etc. The motor is super clean and as advertised. Communications were excellent! I received a response within 24 hours for all of my questions. I was a bit nervous buying a lift-out motor, but I'd definitely purchase from this seller again.
