When asked if seller could remedy the situation, they refused to acknowledge my question (s) . I have no problem purchasing a used item but be honest if that’s the case. especially if you are asking full retail price. I would appreciate a refund but won’t hold my breath on that. The item IS brand new (meaning never played with or displayed). It just did not have the packaging as outlined in the description, nor did the photos show any "box or packaging" to be included. Buyer also claimed I never responded to their questions when in fact, I did. I have the messages I sent them. Finally, I did offer a refund in the messages I sent them and they closed the return case for some reason and decided to keep the the item

The quality is perfect! I got it at a great value, I definitely got my moneys worth for both movies. The items came in real quick and were packaged very carefully.
