I had a stitching problem with the left hand glove,1/4" of sewing that did not secure to the other side of the glove. I notified the seller who didn't need to see a picture BUT immediately on that day sent out ANOTHER pair! He never asked for the 1st pair back but took my word for it. What a pleasant surprise and genuinely nice thing to do. The seller stands behind his auctions,took responsibility and fixed the issue immediately.
