Kommunikation mit den Verkäufer lief recht gut. Hat schnell reagiert. Letztendlich bekam ich mein Geld zurück, ohne Rückgabe des Gerätes. Ich finde sehr schade, dass es in Deutschland keinen technischen Kundenservice oder Vertragswerkstätten gibt, die Vevor Geräte reparieren.
