I brought this to extend the storage capacity of my series x, which it did. My only issue is that I cannot play a game directly from the external ssd. I can use it as a download and storage point only, then I have to transfer the file to internal storage to play the game. That isn't the sellers fault. Microsoft... really? Guess I need an overpriced seagate ssd.

Basically what you would buy brand new minus the retail packaging. Set it up on my Mac and read the memory space as 999.96GB so certainly no issues there either.
