Why would I open the case i contacted them 2 weeks before opening a case to give them time to sort this out shouldn’t have bothered! Sent item damaged, and dirty. “Supposedly wasn’t sent like that” but it was shrink wrapped and dirty underneath the wrap. Then messing around with postage labels and tried having me off sending a years old shipping label. Refused to send appropriate 10kg returns label as parcel shop “Will accept it” but they won’t. So eBay needed to step in and refund me.
