They shipped the watch very quickly, and it arrived in perfect condition. The watch was new, as described and the watch itself was pristine. Unfortunately, I decided I did not want to keep it, as it was a bit too small for me, and the color was not the gray scale I was looking for. So, the seller offered a refund without issue, and I bought a different watch to my liking.
