Had a minor issue with the audio, which wasn't due to his negligence, and which he helped solve very quickly. Also, the battery didn't work, but he sent me another before the day was out. I will certainly buy from him again if the occasion arises. (The shipping was delayed almost a week because USPS apparently only ships laptops on the ground--considered hazardous material.)
