    Outstanding customer service. Exceeded expectations. Unfortunately, package didn't arrive by expected date through no fault of the seller. It was presumably misplaced by the carrier during shipment. Seller proactively issued a full refund and said to "enjoy" the DVD if it is eventually delivered. Not expected, and certainly not necessary, given it wasn't their fault. A stellar vendor who goes the extra mile to ensure their customers are satisfied. Highly recommended!!

    Wow! The book was listed as "like new," but was actually still in the original shrink wrap! And it was a hardcover copy! I also appreciate that the seller took the time to communicate with me prior to purchase. Twice before I bought this book with "CD included," but then the book arrived without it! Finally, I own a not only complete, but also beautiful copy! Moreover, the price was amazing and the shipping was fast! Thank you!! I could not be happier!
