My item I bought from her went into limbo for 12 days. She was amazing trying to track it down. She knew before I knew it had finally arrived at my PO. She did an amazing job packing a very fragile item. And she priced the item right, unlike the bloated ridiculous amount others are trying to sell the same item for.
