Puzzle had to CLEAR customs and that held up arrival a bit. I FORGOT about Customs. As she is a professional international shipper, she clearly knows her business. Thank you.

Once contacted a stake was sent out that unfortunately the courier then lost but when told they posted out another one on a 24 hour post with no extra charge at all. Definitely above and beyond the normal service received these days. Thanks again and will definitely be using this seller again
